I am excited to join the Wendover team! Over the past two years, I have worked as a Certified Nurse Midwife at a freestanding birth center, where I gained valuable experience in providing natural, holistic, and patient-centered care. I look forward to bringing that knowledge and approach to my patients at Wendover.
While I have many professional interests within women's healthcare, I am especially passionate about teaching body literacy and empowering patients to better understand their own bodies. If I had to choose one guiding principle for my practice, it would be creating a safe, welcoming space where every person feels respected, valued, and heard. I strive to provide compassionate, unbiased, evidence-based, and holistic care, addressing each patient's concerns with empathy and without judgment. My hope is that every patient leaves their visit feeling supported, understood, and confident in their care.
Outside of work, I enjoy surrounding myself with the people and activities that bring me joy. You can often find me wrangling farm animals alongside my husband of 12 years, collecting fresh eggs with my youngest son, or baking more bread and sweet treats than my family could ever possibly eat with my oldest son.
