Electronic Health Record

The practice has been on Allscripts Professional EHR since October 31, 2006.  This enables all patient records to be electronically created and safely electronically stored.  Most prescriptions can be sent electronically through e-Prescribe to the pharmacy of your choice to insure accuracy of your prescription and to provide convenience for you as a patient. 

KIOSK Patient Check-in

We invite you to check-in at our kiosk for your appointment.  There you can review your demographic and insurance information for accuracy.  Should co-pays need to be collected and/or changes/additions need to be made to your information one of our friendly and knowledgeable check-in staff will assist you.
