ESTABLISHED PATIENT? Instructions for Using our Online Services

 
  Welcome back to Wendover OB/GYN & Infertility! As a valued patient we hope that you will take advantage of our online services to make future visits to our office more pleasant. Step 1: Create an Online Account

If you have visited our office in the past, but this is your first time using any of the online services on our website, you will need to create a User ID and Password before you can begin using these services.

If you have already used some of our online services, please proceed to Step 2 and login using your User ID and Password.

1. Click the "My Patient Page" tab.

2. Click the blue "Register" button next to the question "Not an online user?"

3.Complete the form by entering information in the fields provided. Questions marked with a red * require an answer.

4. Enter your desired User ID and Password when prompted. Remember to record this information and keep it safe. You will use this information to log in each time you return to our site to use the online services or retrieve important messages from our medical staff.

5. Review and acknowledge our Notice of Privacy Practices by checking the box at the bottom of the page.

6. Click "Join"

7. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your User ID and Password.

Step 2: Request an Appointment

If you have not already scheduled your next appointment with our office, you can request an appointment online.

1. Click the "Appointment Request" tab.

2. Login using the User ID and Password you created in Step 1.

3. Select the location of your appointment from the drop-down box and click "Continue."

4. Complete the form by entering information in the fields provided and click "Continue." A field marked with a red * requires an answer.

5. Confirm your appointment request details and click "Continue."

6. Your appointment request will be sent to our office. You will receive an e-mail when your appointment request is processed. When you receive notification, please log back into our website to confirm your appointment.

Step 3: Register for your next Appointment

After you have scheduled an appointment with our office, please register for your appointment by completing your medical forms online. Registering for your appointment online will eliminate the need to complete your paperwork at our office and save you time in the waiting room.

1. Click the "Patient Registration" tab.

2. If you have not already logged in, use your User ID and Password to login.

3. Answer the questions regarding your Insurance provider and click "Submit and Continue."

4. Answer the questions regarding your Emergency Contact and click "Save and Continue."

5. Answer the questions regarding your Employer and click "Save and Continue."

6. Answer the questions regarding your Medical History. Click "Submit Answers" to continue to the next page of questions. Please note that since you are an ESTABLISHED patient, you do not need to answer questions #6 through #52 on the Medical History form. Simply click "Submit Answers" to advance to question #53.

Step 4: Pay your Bill Online

After your visit with our office, you may receive a bill for our services. Our online bill payment services offers patients a safe and convenient way to pay their bill from our website using a credit card or debit card.

1. Click the "Pay My Bill Online" tab.

2. If you have not already logged in, use your User ID and Password to login.

3. Enter your credit or debit card information in the fields provided.

4. Enter your Account Number (printed on your bill statement) and the amount you wish to pay.

5. Choose "Click Here to Pay Your Bill" to securely submit your payment to our office.
